That Girl is on Fire! - named after the hit Alicia Keys song, this concert consists of music about fire, explosions, and rising fame. The quintet has commissioned composer Chris Evan Hass to rearrange his originally brass + alto saxophone work, “Limelight” into a wind quintet + alto saxophone soloist format. Guest saxophonist Drew Hosler returns to play this charming, brilliant and technically demanding piece. A guest vocalist will also be featured on half of the songs on the program.
